Jeannine is a yoga teacher, nanny, and photographer in the Netherlands. She usually has a compassionate approach and likes to create a safe space where you may share what moves you. Writing a journal and practicing yoga and mindfulness helped her during the depression to find more clarity and acceptance in life. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, with children, and being in contact with animals. Getting out into nature has always had a healing effect on her.
