Yoga was a big help in Jeannine’s life in gaining body awareness and letting go of energies that were stuck in the body. Coming out of the head and thinking patterns through movement was beneficial to this process of healing. Warming up & Greeting the Earth
Guided in Dutch, English speakers can also try it by moving along with the poses. Then you might want to turn off the volume of the video and turn on some slow yoga music for yourself. Your attention is on the soles of the feet touching the earth. Feel the gravity, how the earth supports you through the whole sequence. Connecting with your breath, as you inhale - moving upward, as you exhale -moving downwards.

Warming up the body in the 'silence' of nature
For this video, I didn't use any words. Just move along and come to that place of stillness in your body. Try to have all of your attention on the body part which is moving. Get quiet and connected.
